Resolute Commercial Services, a Scottsdale-based receivership/business consulting firm has recently expanded into Southern California and Nevada.
Targeting lenders, bankruptcy counsel, developers, investors and operators, the company specializes in delivering constructive solutions to complicated real estate matters including receiverships, workout strategies, property management, development and asset acquisition/disposition.
In California, RCS has been appointed receiver on the 1,000 unit, 89,000-square-foot Caliente Springs mini-storage facility. Upon takeover, RCS performed financial and operations analyses and determined that the business is viable and that the company will do what it can to ensure Caliente Springs continues operation.
RCS was appointed receiver on the Bonita Plaza retail center in Las Vegas. The property requires a variety of improvements in addition to securing leases from existing and new tenants. RCS has assumed management responsibilities for this property.
Resolute Commercial Services was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Foster and John Mitchell. Through the combination of skills and years of experience that each principal brings to the table, RCS is a company where business acumen honed through experience is offered to a variety of clients involved in complicated Real Estate transactions.
According to Foster, the company has a strong presence in Arizona, Texas and in Florida. The expansion into California and Nevada was a natural progression. “We have established such strong working relationships with the lenders and attorneys involved in these proceedings and have tremendous experience in the retail markets. To add California and Nevada made good business sense not only for us but for those organizations we have been working with.”
