Nathaniel Curtis is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. During his career, Mr. Curtis has become skilled with arbitration, dispute resolution, acquisitions, predictive analytics, and more.
In his role as Senior Managing Director, Mr. Curtis analyzes financial, economic, and statistical questions arising from legal disputes. Having been accepted as an expert in finance, economics, statistics, accounting and damage calculations in multiple jurisdictions including Federal and state courts, Mr. Curtis also presents and defends his findings in deposition and at trial.
Mr. Curtis’ professional experience includes numerous nationally recognized engagements in calculating economic loss in disputes over wrongful termination, libel/defamation and personal injury and wrongful death. He also has been engaged in several Commercial Litigation cases, where he offered analysis and testimony about lost profits, economic analysis, causation and business valuation. In addition, Mr. Curtis is one of approximately 40 Economic Forecasters the Federal Reserve relies on each quarter to publish the Survey of Professional Forecasters, one of the most widely circulated macroeconomic forecasting surveys in the United States.
Mr. Curtis graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, Business Administration and Ecology. He later earned his Master of Business Administration from Babson College and is actively engaged in academic research in the field of business management and expects to complete his doctoral degree in 2019.
