Ryan Kay

Ryan Kay has amassed a wide range of experience and knowledge in real estate, with an in-depth knowledge of the public entitlement process, land and multifamily brokerage, investment analysis and business development. As a Director at Resolute, he manages a variety of brokerage services, including multi-family land, infill redevelopment, and site selection. Additionally, he handles land planning and asset management services.

Mr. Kay has guided his clients through often complex land transactions that involve deep industry know-how and regulatory expertise. He has learned to navigate local zoning regulations and development codes through his work with the City of Tempe as a Planning Technician.

A Las Vegas native, Mr. Kay has lived in Valley of the Sun for over a decade. He has developed ties to the community through his involvement with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and The First Tee of Phoenix.

Mr. Kay and holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning and a Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University.
