Resolute Commercial Services, an Arizona-based receivership and corporate renewal firm, has been appointed receiver of the Lake Pleasant Heights Property in Peoria.
Resolute will assist in the re-working of the Master Planned Development with the city of Peoria. The firm will also develop a water solution and transportation plan for the property. Once property development is underway, Resolute will be in charge of selling the assets to benefit the estate.
