Todd Brown

Todd is a senior financial executive with extensive board level, operational, workout/turnaround, strategic planning, and merger/acquisition/divestiture experience.  He has a solid professional foundation with over 40 years of experience including 14 years of Big 4 public accounting experience and turnaround/reorganization practice experience with both national and regional firms.  Over the years Todd has served on the board of directors of public companies, private companies, and not-for-profit concerns, providing strategic direction, operational overview and in most cases chairing the company’s Audit Committee. 

  Currently, Todd is a member of Metolius Partners, Inc., a firm that for more than 25 years has provided services to a wide variety of middle-market businesses, including advice on strategic planning, the sale of business assets and business mergers and acquisitions.
