He founded and operated a venture-funded start-up as CEO for 9 years and has supported numerous other companies as a consultant and fractional COO; from asset-light brands to Single State Operators to a mid-eight-figure revenue public company. He has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, brand building, manufacturing, private label commercialization, turnarounds, and M&A portfolio structuring, diligence, and integrations.

Kaiya leverages his entrepreneurial experience, vast knowledge of the cannabis industry, and business acumen to provide thorough analyses and develop operational plans to achieve significant cost savings across production, organizational dynamics, and supply chains. Kaiya has launched multiple brands, secured cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing licenses, structured dozens of brand licensing and private label manufacturing contracts, restructured operations and management teams, and led production across every major category to produce over 7M packaged units across thousands of SKU variations. With an emphasis on implementing data-driven and repeatable lean processes to achieve sustainable operations, Kaiya brings an operator’s experience to our restructure practice.
