SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (July 31, 2018) – The Superior Court of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, appointed Resolute Commercial Services, LLC, acting by and through Jeremiah Foster on July 30, 2018 as Receiver in the case of Enterprise Bank & Trust vs. Impala Bob’s, Inc., a leading supplier of parts for the restoration of 1958-1976 Chevrolet Impalas and other full-size Chevy cars. As Receiver for the Collateral, Resolute will take possession of Impala Bob’s, Inc. business operations and personal property, tangible and intangible, including but not limited to, the secured assets.
