Courtney Naumann is an experienced operations professional with demonstrated talent in organizational and administrative management. In her role she oversees office operations, leads in company culture cultivation and growth, and manages key administrative responsibilities to ensure maximum success for Resolute and its clients.

Prior to her time at Resolute, Mrs. Naumann has a history of working in the real estate and hospitality industries, where she gained her skills in operations management, leadership, instructor-led training, recruiting, and more. She also has proven experience and expertise in event and special project coordination.
