Since founding Resolute in 2008 to address what was perceived to be a contrarian play to a booming market, Jeremiah Foster has taken the lead regarding business development and corporate strategy for the firm. His day to day functions as President include overseeing various aspects of the business, leading the firms’ team of industry experts, and advising creditors, equity holders and enterprises in their navigation of many phases of a turnaround, restructure or crisis management plan.
Mr. Foster is best described as a serial entrepreneur who finds success by adding vision and leadership to voids identified within target markets. Whether it was as a major contributor of growing a startup company from single digit employees to a $100M NASDAQ IPO (IGOI) or building his own company that was eventually sold, he has been driven by the thrill of creating successful ventures. His career has included stints in technology, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and commercial loan workouts. Adept at creating relationship-based sales and marketing strategies with a keen sense of business, Mr. Foster continues to find exceptional results with each business venture.
To date, Mr. Foster has been appointed as CRO, Interim CEO, Trustee, Receiver, Special Master, or Liquidating Trustee in over 100 matters and has personally been involved in the sale of more than $600MM of going concern and real estate transactions.
He has served the community through participation as a current Board Member for Special Olympics of Arizona and Emeritus Board Member of Junior Achievement of Arizona. Previous board tenures include Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) of Arizona, Scottsdale Public Art and the Arizona Town Hall. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona.
