Alison Wise brings strong fraud examination and forensic accounting skills to Resolute where she serves as Managing Director. Mrs. Wise completes financial modeling and spreadsheet capabilities including cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and valuation. She also manages forensic accounting analysis for partnership disputes, litigation support, and other restructuring engagements. Mrs. Wise graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, and will earn her Masters of Science in Fraud and Forensic Examination from West Virginia University in August 2020.
Cece Roeder brings her communications and graphic design skills to Resolute as Marketing Manager. Ms. Roeder handles marketing initiatives and activities, develops strategic plans and partnerships, and oversees the communications approach.
Internal Growth
After a year of experience within the company, Spencer Smith was promoted to Director at Resolute. Mr. Smith is engrained into many facets of the organization, including forensic accounting, consulting, business development; and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
