SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (May 30, 2018) – The Superior Court of the State of Arizona, Yavapai County, appointed Jeremiah Foster on May 30, 2018 as Receiver in the case of Bank of America, N.A. vs. A Sober Way Home, Prescott Detox Center, LLC and Sandra J. Tillman. Resolute was appointed to protect the security interests in A Sober Way Home and Prescott Detox Center, LLC personal property business assets by investigating, protecting, securing and as appropriate liquidating the assets.
