Resolute Appointed as Receiver for a Fractional Ownership Golf Resort Community

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (October 12, 2016) – The Superior Court of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, appointed John Mitchell on October 12, 2016 as Receiver in the case of Seven Canyons ReCap, LLC vs. Villa Renaissance, LLC. The case involves the disposition of 6 wholly-owned and 7 fractional interest units in The Villas at Seven Canyons, a golf resort community located in Sedona, Arizona.
