Pursuant to an Order of United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, entered on March 7, 2012, Resolute Commercial Properties is accepting bids for the purchase of the assets of Bill Johnson’s Restaurants, Inc. (“BJRI”). The Order authorizes the sale of all of BJRI’s real and personal property, including but not limited, to:
- Real Property
- Fixtures
- Furniture
- Equipment
- Inventory
- “Bill Johnsons Big Apple” Trade Name & Goodwill
BJRI employs approximately 225 people.
The deadline to submit bids is June 8, 2012.
Prospective bidders must register and execute the Confidentially Agreement prior to receiving
access to the electronic due diligence materials.
