SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Nov. 15, 2021 – The attorney who coordinated the liquidation of assets of infamous health technology company Theranos and other high profile companies is now a member of the Advisory Board of Scottsdale-based Resolute Commercial Services.
An expert in insolvency, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, winddowns, and resolving distressed financial situations for businesses of all sizes, O’Neill brings more than 35 years of legal experience to the Resolute team, with particular expertise in the field of assignment for the benefit of creditors, or ABCs.

His recent case experience also includes work in Chapter 11 liquidation with Clear Edge Power and Atoptech, where he served as lead attorney. Both resulted in sales of over $35 million and substantial returns to creditors, with Atoptech creditors paid in full..
