Resolute completes successful sale of High-Tech Institute, Inc. Property
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (September 18, 2015) – Resolute is pleased to announce the sale of High-Tech Institute, Inc. property located at 1515 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85014. The Property was formerly operated by Anthem College which closed its operations last year. Built as an educational office building including a mix of administrative offices, classrooms, and laboratories (computer, medical, and dental) the Property is 38,892 square foot on 2.59 acres. Resolute entered into a sale agreement with CSDC Property Corporation for $3,300,000, which was above asking price.
