Receivership Sale
Resolute is pleased to announce the receivership sale of Two Brothers VIII, Inc., property located at 8282 W. Camelback Road, Glendale, AZ 85303. The Property was an abandoned fuel station and 2,280 square foot convenience store formerly operated as a branded ARCO fuel station and an AM/PM convenience store. With the help of NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, Resolute was able to expedite the sale through an auction and the property sold on August 3, 2015.
