Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith brings a wealth of knowledge in business and finance to Resolute where he helps drive results in his role. As Managing Director, Mr. Smith works in various facets of the organization, including forensic accounting, consulting, business development and more.

Prior to joining Resolute, Mr. Smith gained professional experience working within numerous industries including Wealth Management and Industrial Manufacturing, completing an internship as a financial analyst, and working in consulting for a multinational company’s subsidiary in Quito, Ecuador.

Mr. Smith graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was a 4-year letterman for the school’s NCAA Division 1 lacrosse program. He then earned a Masters in Global Affairs and Management, with an emphasis on International Finance, from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
