Alex Paul is a commercial credit professional with experience underwriting and managing structured credit facilities across the mortgage finance sector. Prior to joining Resolute, Mr. Paul spent five years at Western Alliance Bank, where he advanced from Credit Analyst to Assistant Vice President.
His background includes financial modeling, collateral analytics, and due diligence, with an emphasis on aligning lender requirements with business objectives. Mr. Paul brings a strategic, solution-oriented approach to Resolute’s engagements, drawing on a strong foundation in credit structuring and portfolio management.
Mr. Paul earned his degree in Economics from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, with a minor in Systems Engineering.
