Nick Lanza brings deep expertise in financial analytics and strategic decision support to Resolute, where he serves as Director. In his role, Mr. Lanza applies advanced financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence capabilities to help clients navigate complex financial and operational challenges. He has also developed automated reporting and analytics solutions that enhance financial visibility and drive operational performance across the engagements he supports.
Prior to joining Resolute, Mr. Lanza gained extensive experience across healthcare, government, banking, and consulting organizations, including senior roles at Deloitte, Northern Trust, and Wells Fargo. His background spans financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, and strategic advisory work — giving him a broad foundation for the distressed and transitional environments Resolute specializes in. He is an advanced user of Power BI, OneStream, SQL, Excel/VBA, SAS, and Tableau.
Mr. Lanza holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, a Master of Public Policy from Arizona State University, and an MBA, also from ASU.
