He has worked extensively with middle-market companies across various industries, helping scale business divisions, enhance credit processes, and manage multi-million-dollar loan portfolios.
Throughout his career, Mr. Biers has played a key role in risk management, credit structuring, and strategic financial solutions, leveraging his deep expertise to support businesses in navigating complex financial landscapes. Mr. Biers earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Murray State University, where he was a Division 1 football scholar-athlete. He is a CFA Charterholder, bringing a strong analytical foundation and disciplined approach to financial strategy and portfolio management.
