SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (June 6, 2018) – The Superior Court of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, appointed Jeremiah Foster on June 6, 2018 as Receiver in the case of Indigo-DLI Holdings I, LLC vs. New Vision Health, LLC, Gilbert Hospital, LLC and Florence Hospital at Anthem, LLC. Resolute was appointed as Receiver to protect the security interests in the assets, to preserve the value thereof, and sell, liquidate and/or marshal the assets for the benefit of the creditors while protecting the public through continued or discontinued operations while such sale, liquidation and/or marshaling takes place.
