Middle market businesses in Arizona filed 74% fewer bankruptcies and receiverships during the first six months of 2022 compared with the first half of 2021, according to data in the Resolute Index, a bankruptcy report published today by Resolute Commercial Services.
Only three middle market bankruptcies and one middle market receivership was recorded in the Grand Canyon State during Q2.
While Arizona has the second largest population in the 10-state Rocky Mountain West region, the state ties for a distant fourth place in the region for the number of middle market bankruptcies and receiverships recorded during the second quarter.
